Six pillars, one household
Hi, I am glad you are here

Wellness has six pillars, not one.

Health, finances, environment, relationships, peace, freedom. The household you restock every month is where all six touch at once, and most of us have never once called that a decision.

What Actually Changes

The same grocery run, with different decisions behind it

Nothing gets added to your week. The list stays the list. What changes is that the things on it stop being automatic.

🌿

A home that matches you

You care about where things come from. Then you look under the sink and realise none of it was ever a decision, just whatever was on the shelf that week. Every one of those can be a call you actually make. That is the whole idea, and it is smaller than it sounds.

🤲

The same money, spent on purpose

Nothing new lands on the monthly total. What is already on the list simply comes from somewhere you chose.

Made here, checked by outsiders

Products made in the USA, improved and verified through independent research and outside test labs.

Real Stories

What people actually say

One so far, in her own words, exactly as she wrote it.

"I tried the laundry detergent and I really like it because it makes our clothes smell nice and fresh. And it saves me money, too."

More stories as they come in.

About Christina

I used to bill my life in six minute increments

Ten of them made an hour, and at the end of every day I could look at a page and see exactly what my one life had been spent on. I picked that profession because I wanted to help people. Some days I did. Other days I was helping somebody get something at another person's expense.

I had been buying these products for decades by then, just as a customer. What moved me was the mission: enhance the lives of the people you touch by helping them reach their goals. I read that and thought, I could simply do that, on purpose. I wanted my grandchildren to watch me do it. It is never too late to start something worthwhile.

An Invitation

Is this you?

No pressure either way. If you read this and nothing lands, that is a real answer too.

What I hear most often

People tell me they care about what is in their house and then feel a bit caught out when they look at what is actually in it. That is not a discipline problem. Nobody ever framed the weekly shop as something you get to have an opinion about.

  • You are working, and the hours your children get are the ones left over
  • You want the house to match what you actually believe
  • You would rather switch where something comes from than add one more thing to keep up with
  • You would rather ask a person a plain question than read another website
